The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority is soliciting proposals for the following:

PR-02-25 Lead Service Line Inventory RFP (STT)

Please note that the last day for submitting any questions to this proposal is Thursday, October 24, at 3:00 p.m., AST. Responses to questions submitted in accordance with this request for proposal shall be transmitted to bidders no later than, Wednesday, October 30, 2024, at 4:00 p.m., AST.

A complete copy of the proposal must be submitted electronically in PDF format on or before, Friday, November 8, 2024, at 10:00 am AST to contractservices@viwapa.vi.

In accordance with Section 3.13 of this Request for Proposals (RFP), the Bidder acknowledges that any information provided in its proposal may be subject to public disclosure pursuant to applicable law. If the Bidder believes any information in its proposal is confidential or constitutes trade secrets, the Bidder must clearly identify such information by marking it “CONFIDENTIAL” in bold, capitalized letters at the top of each page or section containing such information. The Bidder shall include a written justification for each marked item, specifying why the information should be protected from disclosure.

Failure to properly mark and justify confidential information in accordance with Section 3.13 may result in the disclosure of the information without further notice to the Bidder. The Authority reserves the right to make its own determination regarding whether any information is confidential under applicable law, even if marked as such by the Bidder.

The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals.
