The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority is soliciting proposals for the following:
PR-02-27 GIS DATA COLLECTION ON POTABLE WATER SYSTEM RFP

Please note that the last day for submitting any questions to this proposal is Friday, August 21, 2026, at 3:00 p.m, AST. Responses to questions submitted in accordance with this request for proposal shall be transmitted to offerors no later than Friday, August 28, 2026, at 4:00 p.m., AST.
A complete copy of the proposal must be submitted electronically in PDF format on or before, Friday, September 4, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., AST.
The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals.
