U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS (July 24, 2026) – The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority (“WAPA” or “the Authority”) advises the public that business office hours will be adjusted on Tuesday, July 28, and Wednesday, July 29, to allow employees to participate in a scheduled all-employee meeting.
The adjusted hours are as follows:
- St. Croix – Sunny Isles Business Office: 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Wednesday, July 29
- St. Thomas – Port of Sale Business Office: 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- St. John – Market Place Business Office: Closed
Customers are encouraged to plan their visits accordingly. Payments can continue to be made through the following methods:
- Phone: Call 340-774-3552 or 340-773-2250 – Select Option 3
- Pay online: Visit www.viwapa.vi and click the “Pay Your Bill Online” button in the top right corner.
- Drop boxes: Submit check or money order payments at all WAPA business locations.
- Bank branches: Make payments at First Bank, Banco Popular, and Bank of St. Croix.
- Kiosk: Use the self-service payment kiosk located outside our business offices.
