U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS (November 7, 2024) – The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority (“WAPA” or the “Authority”) advises the public that, in order to allow our staff to participate in a training session tomorrow, Friday, November 8, 2024, we are adjusting our regular business hours as follows:

• St. Thomas: The Port of Sale office will close at 1:30 p.m. tomorrow.
• St. John: The Market Place office will open at 1:30 p.m. tomorrow.

The Sunny Isles Business Office on St. Croix will maintain regular hours from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Customers can continue to make payments through the following methods:

• Call: 340-774-3552 or 340-773-2250 - Select Option 3
• Pay online: Visit www.viwapa.vi and click on the “Pay Your Bill Online” button in the top right corner.
• Make payments at First Bank, Banco Popular, and Bank of St. Croix branches.
• Use the drop box to pay via check or money order at all business locations.
