U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS (December 20, 2024)– The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority (“WAPA” or the “Authority”) wishes to notify its valued customers and community members that the Port of Sale business office on St. Thomas and the Marketplace business office on St. John will close early today, at 3:00 PM, for an organizational session. Regular business operations are expected to resume on Monday, December 23, 2024.

Customers can continue to process their transactions in the following ways:

• Pay online: Visit www.viwapa.vi and click on the “Pay Your Bill Online” button
• Call: 340-774-3552 or 340-773-2250
  • For Automatic Bill Pay - Select Option 3
• Walk-in First Bank, Banco Popular and Bank of St. Croix branches.
• Customers can also use the drop box at all WAPA’s business offices.
