U.S. Virgin Islands (August 15, 2025) – The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority (“WAPA” or “the Authority”) advises customers that today, Friday, August 15, 2025, after 1:30 p.m., its business offices will provide limited customer services.
Cashier services will remain available for customers to make payments, and self-service kiosks will continue to be accessible. All other customer services will resume during normal business hours on the next business day.
