ST. JOHN, U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS (August 19, 2025) – The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority (“WAPA” or “the Authority”) informs customers that the Market Place Business Office on St. John will have adjusted hours on August 19, 2025. The office will be closed from 11:45 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. to allow staff to participate in an employee health and wellness event.

Payment Options Available:

• Online: Visit www.viwapa.vi and click “Pay Your Bill Online” at the top right corner.
• By Phone: Call 340-774-3552 or 340-773-2250, then select Option 3.
• Drop Box: Payments via check or money order may be submitted at any WAPA business center drop box location.

The St. John office will reopen at 1:30 p.m. and resume normal operations until 4:00 p.m. The St. Thomas and St. Croix business offices are open for normal operations from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
